The project provided an excellent opportunity to consider the scope of transforming a non tech company into a tech operation. The team needed to understand the stakeholders, the assumptions, constraints, risks and opportunities while evaluating the best method to achieve Saas development. Our information meeting with Pulp Shred provided important context for the team to formulate the approach and define the scope.
