Mohammed is attentive to detail and uses their analytical skills to find the best solutions for menu items to meet the required budget. Mohammed worked well with the team members, sharing knowledge and skills in a timely manner.

Mohammed enjoyed working on the more challenging elements of our menu project, including costing out items and meals, to the individual level. Their attention to detail supported the team to create a menu that aligned with the budget and nutritional needs of older adults living in residential care settings.
