Working with Unity Kitchener helped me a lot in terms of productive ways. I was able to learn how to manage my time and also develop ideas that would help the organization towards engaging with other people. Not only this but I also learned more about the spiritual ways on how to take care of oneself. I've learned that there is no one-size-fits-all approach and that each individual has their own unique routine.
