We are looking for a group of student-researchers that will help us analyze the competitive landscape of our brand to develop strategic recommendations for success in the US market. The focus is on creating a digital marketing plan and to assess all social media practices being used and provide recommendations based on their findings.
Based on their findings after studying and analyzing our organization and our competitors' brands, the team will provide data-driven recommendations on opportunities and challenges to our brand, social media practices, etc.
The students will conduct a full digital marketing plan, which will help us answer and identify the following:
- What defines our organization's brand strategy, specifically within the digital world.
- The core proposition of our social media plan and brand.
- The current outlook of our brand and digital marketing practices.
- Strategic and tactical recommendations necessary to grow our brand (SEO, PPC, analytics, social media, webinars, advertising, etc.).
