The goal of this project is to enhance Scovan Inc's Key Account Plans by completing specific information sections for 6-7 existing and prospective clients. The project will utilize Scovan's current templates and leverage a number of completed Key Account Plans as references. This project provides learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of business strategy and client relationship management in a practical setting. The learners will analyze existing plans, identify gaps, and fill in the necessary information to create comprehensive and effective Key Account Plans. By doing so, they will gain insights into strategic account management and develop skills in data analysis and business communication. The project is designed to be completed by a team of learners from a business or marketing program, ensuring that they share a common skill set and can collaborate effectively.

The deliverables for this project include the completion of specific sections in the Key Account Plans for 6-7 clients. Each plan should be thoroughly reviewed and updated using the provided templates and reference materials. The final deliverables will consist of:

• Review and understand current key account plan template framework
• Research target clients publicly available information, which could include annual reports, financial statements and the company websites
• Completed Key Account Plans for each client.
