The main goal for the project is to develop a day to day schedule sharing system connected to a chatbot, particularly aimed at older adults and their caregivers. The system should allow for easy communication between the chatbot and users, as well as other relevant people such as family members, medical offices, vendors, care coordinators, daycare centers, and transportation services. The system should also be capable of making calls to ride services or medical offices upon request from users.

To achieve the project goal, learners will need to complete the following tasks:

- Research available calendar sharing systems, particularly open source ones, and select the most suitable software.

- Integrate the selected system into the chatbot

- Enable communications between the chatbot and users via voice, with the option to view the calendar of events on screen.

- Enable communications between the chatbot and other relevant people via their choice of communication method, such as text, email, voice, or online input.

- Implement a system for inputting and confirming schedule changes, including voice input for older users and calendar sharing for other parties.

- Develop the feature for the chatbot to call ride services or medical offices upon user request.

Final deliverables should include:

- The selected calendar sharing system and its integration with the chatbot.

- A communication system allowing for voice and other communication methods between the chatbot and users and relevant parties.

- A system for inputting and confirming schedule changes.

- The feature for the chatbot to call ride services or medical offices.
