EdVisingU AI seeks to create a fully functional digital storefront that integrates seamlessly with its existing platforms, disco.co and the primary business website. The goal is to facilitate product sales while maintaining brand consistency and enhancing user experience. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of web development, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies. The team will focus on aligning the storefront with EdVisingU AI's brand aesthetics and incorporating effective marketing sales funnels to drive conversions. By completing this project, learners will gain hands-on experience in creating a cohesive digital presence that supports business objectives and enhances customer engagement.

4. Platform Considerations

The project requires building the digital storefront on a selected platform that offers a robust and scalable e-commerce solution. Based on your request, specific consideration will be given to platforms offering a "Stan Store/Shopify perspective." This implies a preference for user-friendly interfaces, strong e-commerce features, and flexibility for growth. The final platform selection will involve evaluating factors such as ease of use, customization options, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

5. Integration Requirements

  • disco.co Integration: The storefront must be linked to disco.co, ensuring that products or content shared on disco.co can drive traffic and sales directly to the storefront. This could involve direct links, embedded elements, or synchronized product listings where feasible.
  • Business Website Integration: The digital storefront needs to be seamlessly integrated with your existing business website. This could manifest as a dedicated "Shop" section on the main website, embedded product listings, or clear calls-to-action that direct users to the new storefront, maintaining a cohesive user experience.
  • Stripe Payment Gateway: The chosen platform must support and be configured with Stripe for secure and efficient payment processing, including various payment methods accepted by Stripe.
