Background:

Bucket List Vacations (BLV) is a travel agency dedicated to planning premium trips to help people check items off their bucket list. We are developing a mobile application that will give people the opportunity to create and manage their bucket list and will allow BLV try to help the users achieve their bucket list items which are entered into the app.

Project Summary:

To map the current and future state of our platform for our bucket list creation software.

Project Details:

· Map out all of the data points and use cases of the platform

· Go through a list of all possible interactions between users

· Create a visualization of the data flow and strength of the operational system structure

· Use machine learning to suggest potential bucket list items to people using their interests and also suggest popular bucket list items in their area

Project Deliverables:

• A 1 hour presentation including Q&A detailing the solution and research via ZOOM or on-site depending on location
• A comprehensive report (20+ pages) including theory, research, analysis and recommendations
• 2 brief updates on the project process

Company Will Provide:

1. Dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project. We will be actively engaged throughout the entire project.
