The main tasks we’d like students to help us with are the following:
- Review received documents for completeness, sort through and save them accordingly
- Assist the Immigration Consultant with research and putting the visitor's visa applications together
- Corresponding with students (clients) via email or phone call to gain clarification on provided documents or areas of confusion
- Filling immigration application forms and drafting submission letters for applications
Preference will be given to students with the following skillsets
- Experience with immigration application process
- Strong written communication skills to help with communicating clearly with students and/or parents
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
Access to Google drive where all team files and data are shared
Access to weekly coaching from the Project manager
Attending team meetings to understand how things work in an organization
