Potential Customer Segmentation Analysis

In this project, we hope to gain insight into customer segments and patterns by analyzing market data on donation behaviors. This will help us enhance and refocus our marketing efforts by being able to identify the needs of each segment, reach them most effectively, and address any pain points they face. Students will research donor’s behavior through their contribution history of various companies, analyze the data, create predictive models, and provide recommendations for how to move forward. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Analyzing market data to define different segments based on customer needs. Choosing appropriate metrics to examine the data, and analyzing it using data analysis software to identify trends and correlations. Creating predictive models for various outcomes the market may face. Creating a report with all findings from analysis conducted, including recommendations for next steps.

New Building Marketing

Our organization is building a new community center. We would like to collaborate with students to review and post content promoting our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Reviewing marketing content in the form of posts, emails, brochures, etc. Deploying content according to our social media calendar to increase website traffic. Overseeing our channels and keeping them up-to-date. Recommending search engine optimization (SEO) strategies so our materials are easily accessible.

Grant Writing

CIDAC is interested in addressing societal issues and supporting social causes. However, we are currently facing funding challenges for different projects. We would like to collaborate with students to find and complete grant applications. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our vision statement and a project we have defined. Identifying potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project. Improving the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing, and training volunteers on grant writing Bonus steps in the process would also include: Identifying new opportunities for community projects.

Grant Writing & Fund Development

This project is an opportunity to build the financial foundation for the Friends of Richard Bilkszto.  Your primary focus will be to establish and streamline the organization's fund development and grant writing functions to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of its scholarship program. This work is critical for securing the resources needed to expand the award's impact and honor its mission with integrity.
