Marketing Plan

Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to revamp our marketing strategy to attract more customers. We want students to help us build a marketing plan to grow and engage our target market. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our current marketing goals and strategies. Researching how customers perceive our brand and marketing. Recommending new channels we should use for promotion. Identifying an appropriate budget for advertising. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending updates to our messaging that can better explain our value proposition.

Software Testing Plan

Our company has an existing software product, and part of any good product is continual testing. Most manual testing environments consist of two phases, a planning phase and an execution phase. We would like to collaborate with students to analyze our product and devise a thorough test plan for our product (or a section of our product) that can be executed. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on our product and analyzing user profiles, user stories, and desired outcomes. Creating a detailed testing plan for features such as mobile responsiveness, internationalization, accessibility, browser compatibility, etc. Executing the testing plan through manual means. Analyzing and reporting results of testing. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Automating tests using software to simulate user activity.

Website Development phase 3

This is the third phase of an on going project for a calendar/scheduling feature for our website. We would like a new website for our organization. We would like to work with students to develop a new website for us. Students should be prepared to: I would like to add an intuitive scheduling feature to my application for both employees and customers. Create a design proposal including wireframes or low-fidelity for our company's review. Build a fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content and copy. Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.

Digital Marketing Strategy

We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? What social media channels should we utilize? What budget is appropriate for advertising? What messaging should we use? Best target audience should we target more towards commercial or residential.
