Here is the feedback already sent to the team: April 16, 2025 Subject: Feedback on Final Report – Suggestions for Future Projects Dear Team, Thank you again for submitting your final report and for the time and effort you’ve dedicated to this project. I wanted to share some specific feedback that may enhance the current deliverables, if you choose to revise them, and also serve as a helpful framework for future projects. Employers often value analysis, attention to detail, and clear alignment with project goals, as these elevate the overall impact of your work. Area One: Digital Products and Program Offerings The overall listing of digital products and program offerings lays a good foundation. However, the deliverables explicitly asked for pattern analysis to identify trends across categories like low-cost digital products, mid-cost offerings, core memberships, and upsells. This critical analysis is essential to bring depth to the report. While recommendations on best-fit products are a nice-to-have, incorporating them can improve the deliverables’ value and provide additional clarity. Also, requested proof aside from just saying there were testimonials, awards etc. was missing. Screenshots/links/images would help validate findings and make your work more actionable. I never received the remaining mock-ups to review, but the one provided did not align with my brand. Ensuring mock-ups adhere to brand guidelines (such as logo, colors, and visual elements) is beneficial, as it demonstrates attention to detail and alignment with the aesthetic readily available on my social media channels. Careful attention to layout and text alignment would also be appreciated in future deliverables. Area Two: Website and Visual Inspiration The deliverables provided links to examples, but they were expected to include annotated screenshots analyzing key elements such as: • Hero sections (top of the homepage) • Navigation bars • Calls-to-action (buttons and text prompts) • Presentation of programs/services Including annotations and evaluative observations about what works well—and what doesn’t—adds actionable value. A Loom walkthrough or a concise summary paragraph could have also achieved this goal effectively. Social Media Insights While Instagram was covered extensively, LinkedIn—a key platform for my market—was completely overlooked, despite being stated in the deliverables. The expected focus included: • Exploration of visual styles (e.g., video thumbnails, carousels, quote cards) across LinkedIn, in addition to Instagram. • Analysis of engagement signals such as likes, comments, and trends in user interaction. • Insights into effective event/retreat promotions with specific examples. This wasn’t a suggestion for broader focus but rather part of the deliverables that needed to be addressed. Employers value thoroughness and prioritization of key channels as outlined in project goals. Experts List The deliverables document I had last sent asked for experts with more than 5 years of experience who are either solopreneurs or belong to small-scale businesses. However, many of the suggested experts were large-scale leaders who are likely outside the scope of potential collaboration opportunities. Refining this list to align with the stated criteria would reflect excellent judgment and ensure alignment with project expectations. Plugins As a core deliverable was to provide “Freemium” options. It would be helpful to include information about the cost structure (free vs. what the freemium entails) for each suggested solution, as this adds practical and actionable detail to the report. Final Thoughts Overall, the report provides useful information and demonstrates effort. However, focusing on deeper analysis, alignment with stated deliverables, and validating findings through screenshots or annotations can significantly enhance the quality of your work. Employers often value action-oriented deliverables that offer insights aligned with project goals—not just lists—which can be increasingly obtained through AI tools. These suggestions are intended to support you as you refine your approach to professional projects. How you choose to proceed with this feedback is entirely up to you, but I hope this helps you for current and future deliverables. Thank you again for your contributions!
