The Careers & Experience team at MacEwan University is looking for a team player who is able to support with a database clean up project.
This will be a 6 week project starting in July and ending in mid August (there is flexibility around how the 80 hours will be distributed over the 6 week period). This project will run concurrently with the project 'Level UP - Riipen and Community Engaged Learning Project Support'.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- MacEwanLife Support
- Database contact clean up (Company contacts D-I). This will entail e-mailing database companies and updating contact information.
- Managing the job board
- Scheduling events in the calendar
You will be working directly with Tiffani Lok, Events and Database Coordinator.
