Phase 1 - International Expansion - Targeted go to Market Strategy

We would like to target certain international markets with our App services. Weddings in certain countries are big business. We would like to discover the barriers or requirements necessary to compete in these international markets. Phase 1 Research and determine the largest international markets for weddings, and show your work. Rank the locations that would best represent our target market. Create an action plan for marketing to these locations.

Website Design & Prototype

Our company would like to explore re-designing our current website with a prototype. We would like a group of students to design a new prototype web application based on our current website’s functionality. This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. Identifying key areas of our current website that are problematic and what areas of focus might return the best results in a redesign. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available. Creation of a screen-by-screen UX / UI prototype of a web application which can be used on all major browsers and be mobile friendly
