I had the pleasure of working with Herb Immortal Inc. on the project "Strategic Compensation Management Plan for Herb Immortal Inc." My program's collaboration focused on defining strategic compensation management policies. Throughout the project, the team at Herb Immortal Inc. was incredibly engaging, open to student advisement, and actively interested in all phases of the project. Their enthusiasm and commitment were instrumental in the success of this project. In the beginning, it felt that we did not have a clear understanding of what the vision and goals of the project. After regrouping with JP to gain better clarity and submitting a project questionnaire to determine the scope of the project, we identified the scope and from there we had a clear plan and weekly meetings. I know that the company is just starting off and feel that over time they will grow and develop in great ways. JP and Abhi are both pleasant to work with. I enjoyed working on this project and wish them great success as they scale.
