Expansion Strategy – Franchise & Client Outreach in the U.S. Northeast
Xtreme Post is looking to expand its franchise network and client base in the U.S. Northeast. The goal of this project is to identify potential franchisees and clients , conduct outreach to gauge their interest, and schedule meetings with qualified leads . During this project, the student will: Conduct market research to identify potential franchisees and clients in key U.S. states (New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, etc.). Engage in outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce Xtreme Post. Document responses and insights to refine outreach strategies . Maintain a structured database of contacts, responses, and follow-ups . Schedule meetings between interested prospects and the Xtreme Post team . Provide a final report summarizing findings, opportunities, and recommendations. This project will allow learners to apply their classroom knowledge in a real-world context, focusing on market research, strategic communication, and business development.
