They were easy to work with, with professional communication, and a solid plan for approaching the project from the outset. It was clear they were listening to the background information I gave in calls and incorporating that into the project direction throughout, which made the results that much more valuable for us. The insights they put together were very revealing for us about the student experience, and their recommendations are going to directly inform changes to the platform in the future.
