Bio

As a BHSc graduate from the University of Western Ontario and an MPH candidate specializing in Social and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Toronto, I bring a strong academic foundation alongside experience in public health practice and research. My focus lies at the intersection of women’s health, social determinants of health, and culturally informed practice. I aim to leverage evidence-based, innovative solutions—such as integrating health technology—to address systemic health inequities. By exploring public health’s role across disciplines, I aim to drive transformative, inclusive, and equity-centered change within health systems.
