Community Archetype Training and Development for HR Students Project Description: The "Community Archetype Training and Development for HR Students" project focuses on a comprehensive exploration of workplace archetypes. This initiative is tailored specifically for students with a vested interest in Human Resources, aiming to equip them with a nuanced understanding of the myriad roles crucial for effective project management and operation. By the project's culmination, students should be adept at: 1. Identifying and understanding the significance of various workplace archetypes. 2. Crafting effective training programs to inculcate the soft and interpersonal skills associated with each archetype. 3. Implementing user development tracking systems that associate ranks with skill competencies, using AI tools for measurement and feedback.

Enhancing Mental Health Awareness and Support for BIPOC Communities

The primary goal of this project is to create culturally relevant mental health workshops and mindfulness exercises specifically designed for BIPOC communities, addressing their unique mental health challenges. Additionally, the project aims to develop a comprehensive suicide prevention campaign that targets the BIPOC community, promoting awareness, education, and resources to reduce suicide rates. Both initiatives will focus on culturally sensitive approaches, ensuring that the materials and strategies developed are inclusive, accessible, and effective in supporting the mental health needs of BIPOC individuals. These efforts aim to foster mental health awareness, education, and resilience within these communities.

I am currently volunteering at an educational workshop program for high school students, implementing a project plan to support health education and improve educational and environmental circumstances for students in low-income areas in Toronto. This is an ongoing project as a component of one of my courses, Health in Community. This project involves research on environmental and social backgrounds regarding several articles and interviews. I also have a profound background in physiology and health research, writing several critical appraisals on scientific research papers, available upon request.
