Auction Fundraising Plan creation

The Human Factor Community Organization is a not-for-profit which aims to elevate the status of humankind through programs, services, consulting community partners, and, where appropriate, advocacy in order to increase the health and well-being of the whole human and the communities where we live, play, and work. We are seeking a student with the skills to create a plan for our organization. One that will allow The Human Factor Community Organization to effectively execute a fundraising auction. This plan will explore the best practices of different types of auctions and will create the foundation to execute each. The final presentation will be in report format with a clear plan and rationale explaining each part of the plan. Essentially, this plan should be able to be picked up by anybody and clearly understood.

Policies Creation

The Human Factor Community Organization is a not-for-profit which aims to elevate the status of humankind through programs, services, consulting community partners, and, where appropriate, advocacy in order to increase the health and well-being of the whole human and the communities where we live, play, and work. The purpose of this project is to create the first draft of the policies to be used by The Human Factor Community Organization. These policies are, but not limited to: Governance Roll of Officers Financial Accountability Conflict of Interest Confidentiality & Privacy Code of Ethics Complaints In-camera Board Meetings Planning Board, Committee, & Staff Relations Volunteer Financial Donor & Gifts Record Retention Communications Board member Job Descriptions Hiring Social Media Whistleblower Non-Descrimination Board Election and Retention Board Member Selection Anti-nepotism Anti-bullying These policies will be determined through provided resources and research of similar not-for-profits.

Website Design - Phase 1

The Human Factor Community Organization is a not-for-profit which aims to elevate the status of humankind through programs, services, consulting community partners, and, where appropriate, advocacy in order to increase the health and well-being of the whole human and the communities where we live, play, and work. The overall goal is to create a complete website with the following pages; home, about us, contact / team, supporters / funders, donate now. The aim of this project is to create the infrastructure, the themes, the navigation menu, and the homepage. We will work with the learner(s) to develop the overall look and feel of the site along with the copy.
