Digital Marketing Strategy

This semester students working in groups of 5 to 6 will apply their knowledge in digital marketing to help your organization develop a digital marketing campaign, develop a strategic digital marketing plan, or solve a current digital marketing challenge. Students explore proven practical examples of strategy selection, implementation, and management, and how competitive advantage is created and leveraged over time and distance in the context of rapidly evolving technologies and practice.
Marketing Management - Fall 25
MRKT 621 (ON-SPRING25-01)
This semester, MBA students working in small groups will apply their marketing knowledge to help your organization seize a marketing opportunity, develop a strategic marketing plan, or solve a current marketing challenge. The students will use marketing research, strategy, digital promotional tools and marketing best practices to create a report and presentation.
Analyzing Organizational Practices through the lens of Emotional Intelligence and DEI Principles

Students participating in this project will: Apply emotional intelligence and DEI frameworks to evaluate organizational practices. Conduct document and policy analysis, reviewing job postings, hiring practices, training manuals, and other publicly available materials. Identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities to enhance leadership effectiveness, inclusivity, and workplace culture. Deliver actionable, research-informed recommendations that help organizations integrate EI and DEI principles into leadership and HR processes. Communicate findings clearly through concise reports and presentations, providing insights that are practical and easy for companies to implement. Value to Companies: Gain an external, research-informed perspective on leadership and HR practices. Receive tangible recommendations for the company to apply EI and DEI practices Support organizational goals in inclusive leadership, employee engagement, and culture enhancement.
